Swimmer - 

• Team suit, cap, goggles, 2 towels & warm clothes
• Cards, coloring books, & other fun things to do between events
• Sunscreen and bug spray
• Snacks and/or money for the concession stand
• Blanket to sit on

Parent - 

• Wear Green and White Team Spiritwear
• Blanket or portable chair to sit on (Away meets)
• Sunscreen and bug spray
• Hat, sunglasses
• Snacks and/or money for the concession stand

• THE FIRST TEAM TO EARN 215 POINTS WINS THE SWIM MEET 
• There are 50 scoring EVENTS in each dual meet
• Each EVENT consists of "live" and "exhibition" heats
• The "live" heat is the first heat for each EVENT
• The swimmers in the "live" heat score points for their team 
• The "exhibition" heats earn no points
• Individual events are worth 9 points
• 1st thru 3rd place score points in Individual Events
• Relay events are worth 7 points
• The 1st place relay team earns all 7 points
• There is a total of 430 points to be earned across all EVENTS
