Hello Stingray Families,

We are closing in on the end of the season – there is a lot to cover – I appreciate your patience!

1. Tomorrow night is the last HOME meet of the season, plus we have Team Photos and Senior night. All Swimmers must arrive at 4:15 p.m. Swimmers should come dressed in their team suits and be ready to begin promptly so we can stay on schedule.

• Please place your order online and print your receipt to hand to the photographer on picture day.
• If you are unable to print your receipt, please complete a white form at the photo shoot with your child’s name and confirmation number. These forms will be available on the photographer’s display table.

2. After the meet all are welcome to hang at the Fire Pits – our last of the season. The Clubhouse kitchen will be open late. Bar menu and kids menu items will be available.

3. Next week, we will have practice as usual to prepare for the Divisional Championship on July 18th. We need as many Swimmers as possible for the Divisional Championship, so please RSVP that your Swimmer will attend as soon as you can.

4. Next week is also our Swim for Education event on Wednesday, July 15th, during your Swimmers’ regular practice time. For more information, please see the link: Swim for Education Go fund me

5. And last but not least, please register for the Swim Team Banquet and Parent Relays, Sunday, July 19th, 5:00-9:00pm Location: Flynn Ballroom and LCC Pool

This year’s theme is America 250, so come dressed in your best patriotic attire—red, white, and blue encouraged!

Dinner & Program: Enjoy a delicious cookout-style meal with all your favorites. We’ll gather after dinner for our annual awards ceremony, where we’ll celebrate the hard work and achievements of our swimmers and show our appreciation for our dedicated and hardworking coaching staff.
