Hello Stingrays!

Just a few important reminders for tonights meet:

Due to the high temps there will be a 5-10 minute cool down break at the halfway point of the meet, all swimmers and parents will have an opportunity to get into the water. Wear your suit if you would like to participate. 

Please note: if thunderstorms are in the forecast Manheim reserves the right to forgo the cool down break in order to finish the meet before bad weather hits. 

• PLEASE ARRIVE AT 5:30
• Away vs Manheim 504 E Adele Ave, Manheim, PA 17545
• It is important for swimmers to stay in our team area, we will have 2 tents for swimmers to sit with their blankets and towels.
• Events will be posted for families and swimmers to know their events.
• Volunteer assignments will also be posted for parents to know their positions. 
  • We still need a few Volunteers
• To sign up follow instructions below or email/text me or Liz 

1. go to swim team website, https://lccswimteam.swimtopia.com/
2. click on Calendar tab,
3. click on Signup Calendar,
4. click green job signup button for volunteering, check box to signup for job and click Save at the bottom of the page.

• We would like everyone to stay until the end of the meet to take part in the team cheer.

What to Bring :

Swimmer -

• Team suit, cap, goggles, and 2 towels
• Cards, coloring books, & other fun things to do between events
• Sunscreen and bug spray
• Water, snacks and/or cash for the concession stand
• Blanket to sit on

Parent -

• Wear Green and White Team Spiritwear
• Blanket or portable chair to sit on (Away meets)
• Sunscreen and bug spray
• Hat, sunglasses
• Water, snacks and/or money for the concession stand
