Morning practice begins this week and GEAR IS HERE! 

(I will be at practice Monday morning to hand out.)

Summer Morning Practices

From June 9th - July 18th (Monday-Thursday)

Practice at LCC 9:00 - 10:00am 11 & over

Practice at LCC 10:00 - 11:00am 10 & under

Lil Stingers practice: This applies to only families who received an email from Coach Brooke. Group 1- 10:00-10:30, Group 2- 10:30-11:00.

Fun Fridays Optional practice 10:00 - 11:00am All Ages

Please RSVP for the practice meet at Conestoga Country Club Wednesday June 11th. Volunteers will also be needed for the event, please RSVP to volunteer as well.

This years Stroke and Turn tutorial is now available. This is a very important part of each meet and the more parents we have trained the better. Upon completion please let Liz or me know. Thank you in advance.
