Practice & Meet Attendance

  • Practice: Please try to get your child(ren) to practices as often as you can. The only way they will learn and get better is if they are at practice regularly! If you know of a schedule conflict or vacations, please make sure you send me a text or email with the information as soon as you can.
  • Meets: Please be sure to add any meet absences to your account on the website using the RSVP tool as soon as you can. I will be running those reports in order to place swimmers into events. It is crucial I know if your swimmer(s) will be in attendance. If you are having trouble adding this to the website, please email or text me what meet(s) your child(ren) will not be there.

  • Conestoga Country Club will be hosting a practice meet Wednesday, June 11th at 9:00 AM. This will be a great opportunity not only for new swimmers but also previous swimmers to practice racing others. MAKE SURE TO RSVP as soon as you can.
  • Warm ups for LCC will be at 8:45 AM. Please be at the pool by 8:30 ready to jump in.
  • The meet will run until about 11:00 AM.

  • Swimmers should also stay in their designated seating area throughout the entirety of the meets to ensure they are sent up for their events on time.
