I want to personally thank you all for your continued enthusiasm despite the heat and weather challenges. We could not have this great team without all of you. It's hard to believe but tomorrow night is our last dual meet of the season, crazy how time flies when you're having fun! Thanks again for all the support. Go Stingrays!

Friday, July 19th- Regular morning practice - (No fun Friday due to Divisionals)

Practice at LCC 9:00 - 10:00am 11 & over

Practice at LCC 10:00 - 11:00am 10 & under

Saturday, July 20th- Gold Division Championship

This is an important swim event, we need as many swimmers as possible.

Meet Start Time- 9:00am

Volunteers Needed for Divisionals- 

Our team must provide 2 timers for the 1st half and 2 timers for the 2nd half (Lanes 2 & 5). And 1 stager for the 1st half and 1 stager for the 2nd half. Stagers please provide cell#

Please Note- Divisionals is a full day event, please remember to bring chairs, blankets, sunscreen, beverages, cash and something for you and your swimmer to do between events. 

Don't forget to wear your LCC Green and White!
