Practice at F&M College Pool 3:30 - 4:30pm 11 & over

Practice at F&M College Pool 4:30 - 5:15pm 10 & under

June 3rd - 6th

Practice at LCC Pool 3:30 - 4:30pm 11 & over

Practice at LCC Pool 4:30 - 5:15pm 10 & under

Summer Morning Practices

From June 10th - July 19th (Monday-Thursday)

Practice at LCC 9:00 - 10:00am 11 & over

Practice at LCC 10:00 - 11:00am 10 & under

Fun Fridays Optional practice 10:00 - 11:00am All Ages

NO Practice July 4-5.
